Wir suchen ein/e Nachmieter/in bis Ende Dezember, weil wir Studenten sind und aufgrund von Covid-19 kaum noch Schule vor Ort haben. Unsere Mitbewohnerin ist 35J. Es wohnen ausserdem zwei herzige Katzen in der WG.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2 und voll möbliert (Schrank, Pult, Doppelbett, Nachttisch). Ideal für eine Person. Die ganze Wohnung inkl. Küche, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Ausserdem hat es eine Waschmaschine im Haus, die genutzt werden kann.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Bushaltestelle Brambrüesch/Stadthalle und ein Coop Pronto. Der Bahnhof Chur sowie die FHGR befinden sich in ca. 10-15 Min. Gehdistanz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Denner, Migros) hat es in der Nähe.
