Studio in Zug old town

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a studio in Zug, old town from the 1st of August or as soon as possible.

The studio is 7min walk from the lake in a nice and quiet area.

It is furnished with a big wardrobe and a desk.

We can see for taking over what I have in there. I have a new bed so if you want to take it (it's almost I used it 6 months), we can see for that too.

The rent is CHF700 including everything apart from the electricity.

The shower is private although outside of the room. There is no proper kitchen but I can leave the 2 hot burns and there is a mini fridge.

It has just been refurnished with new painting and carpet.
