Aufgrund der hohen Nachfragen bitten wir Sie uns bei der Kontaktaufnahme gleich mitzuteilen, von wann bis wann Sie die Wohnung mieten möchten.

Für Buchungen länger als 30 Tage, ist eine Kaution von CHF 1000.00 fällig. Die Endreinigungsgebühr beträgt CHF 200.00. Die Serafe Radio- und Fernsehabgabe ist nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen und muss vom Mieter bezahlt werden.

In dieser kleinen und behaglichen Ferienwohnung namens "Niederdorf I" wohnen Sie im Herzen von Zürich im berühmten Niederdorf. Die charmante Ferienwohnung bietet insgesamt Platz für drei Personen, hat eine kleine Küche und ein privates Badezimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen und im Badezimmer stehen eine Dusche, Hand- und Badetücher und ein Haartrockner bereit.

Selbstverständlich geniessen Sie in dieser Ferienwohnung Wi-Fi Internet und auch ein Fernseher steht bereit. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Badetücher, alle Nebenkosten und die Endreinigung sind ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen.


In und um das Niederdorf finden sich viele berühmte Zürcher Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie bspw. das Fraumünster, Helmhaus, Grossmünster oder das Rathaus der Stadt. Bestaunen Sie die vielfältige Architektur und die Kombination aus modernen Geschäften und Jahrhunderte alten Häusern. Gehen Sie einige Minuten hinauf zur Polyterasse unterhalb der weltberühmtem Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule (ETH) und lassen Sie sich vom einzigartigen Ausblick faszinieren an guten Tagen überblicken Sie die ganze Stadt, sehen die Sonne sich auf dem See spiegeln und im Hintergrund die Innerschweizer Alpen. Den Bahnhof erreichen Sie ebenfalls zu Fuss in kürzester Zeit.

In this small and cosy holiday apartment called "Niederdorf I" you live in the heart of Zurich in the famous Niederdorf. The charming holiday apartment offers space for three persons, has a small kitchen and a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and the bathroom has a shower, towels and a hair dryer.

Of course you can enjoy Wi-Fi internet and a TV in this apartment. Bed linen, towels and bath towels, all additional costs and the final cleaning are also included in the price.

In and around the Niederdorf district there are many famous Zurich sights, such as the Fraumünster, Helmhaus, Grossmünster or the town hall of the city. Marvel at the diverse architecture and the combination of modern shops and centuries-old houses. Walk a few minutes up to the polyterrace below the world-famous Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and let yourself be fascinated by the unique view - on good days you can overlook the whole city, see the sun reflected on the lake and in the background the Central Swiss Alps. You can also reach the station on foot in a very short time.

The final cleaning for stays longer than 30 days is CHF 200.00 and we require a deposit of CHF 1'000.00 for monthly stays. The Serafe radio and television fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.
