Sie liegt dabei sehr zentral; Bahnhof, Uni und Innenstadt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wenn Du ein Auto hast, findest Du hinreichend Anwohnerparkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe - Du brauchst aber keines.
Die WG besteht seit 2012, ich selbst bin 2014 eingezogen. Wir teilen uns zu dritt die Erdgeschosswohnung in einem Dreiparteienhaus.
