Start your enquiry online. The Mortgage Service advises anyone interested in financing a property. Together with you, we work out a suitable financing solution and then look for an appropriate mortgage institution. Afterwards, the consultants obtain suitable offers for the customers and negotiate the conditions. In particular cases (e.g. for very special properties), the Comparis Mortgage Service forwards the enquiry to a contracting company in consultation with the customer.
Our advisors will guide you through the entire process. Once you’ve decided on an offer, nothing will stand in the way of you signing.
3. Why should I use the Comparis Mortgage Service?
Comparis compares the offers of various banks, insurance companies, pension funds and investment foundations. Good to know:
Comparis is independent: Comparis does not offer products of its own and is privately held. This means you receive independent support in finding the right financing solution.
Special rates: Comparis negotiates the best price for you. That means you often benefit from special conditions and exclusive offers.
You save time: you won’t have to compare several providers and negotiate yourself. The Comparis mortgage service does this for you.
4. How does the mortgage service earn money?
Comparis, with its mortgage service, is a privately owned company without the involvement of a bank, insurance company or any other lending institution. For each successfully concluded mortgage agreement, the Comparis mortgage service receives a brokerage fee from the financial institutions.
5. How much does a consultation with the mortgage service cost?
The initial consultation is free of charge for you. For subsequent consulting services, the mortgage service charges a one-time fee of 250 francs excl. VAT.
If the applicant rejects a quote we have brokered from a provider the applicant has approved, the following applies: If the terms of the quote we have brokered are better than the terms of the applicant’s existing offer, which the applicant arranged independently, an administrative fee of CHF 2’000 excl. VAT must be paid.

Your request will be handled by a mortgage specialist from the Comparis Mortgage Service or one of our contractors. You will then usually receive a phone call within two business days to discuss the details of your financing and define the next steps.
No. The Comparis Mortgage Service is a Swiss mortgage broker. We are not a bank, but an intermediary between customers and a large number of financial institutions.

You can submit your mortgage enquiry online. You will then discuss the next steps in a telephone conversation with one of our mortgage specialists and arrange an in-person meeting on site if you wish. We would be delighted to meet with you at our office at Birmensdorferstrasse 108, in the heart of Zurich.
In many cases, it is possible to conclude a contract without an in-person consultation, i.e. purely by telephone and by sending the documents by post. However, we adapt to your individual needs and believe in a mix of online, telephone consultation and in-person appointments.
