Digital Marketing Manager - Kredite
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Planung und Umsetzung des laufenden Marketing Programms für den Kredit-Bereich von comparis.ch in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management, Communications, Business Intelligence und den Experten im Marketing Competence Team. Dazu gehören in erster Linie:
- Definition des Marketingplans für den Bereich inkl. Ziele, Massnahmen, Budgets und Marketing-Channels
- Management und weiterer Ausbau von Email-Kampagnen für neue User und Bestandskunden
- Ownership der operativen SEO Projekt Roadmap für den Bereich und Umsetzung der priorisierten Massnahmen
- Ausbau des Contents auf verschiedenen Seitentypen unter Berücksichtigung der User-Bedürfnisse
- Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Kampagnen via Programmatic Advertising & weitere Marketing Massnahmen, v.a. im digitalen Performance Bereich
- Erarbeitung von Kooperationsideen und Mitarbeit in Innovationsprojekten
- Regelmässiges Reporting der Marketing Performance und laufende, aktive Optimierung des Massnahmen-Mix auf Basis der erzielten Resultate und des ROI
- Systematischer Aufbau von Wissen über Kundenbedürfnisse (z.B. «Moments of truth», detaillierte Segmente bzw. Audiences, Daten & Tracking)
- Erarbeiten von Empfehlungen und Massnahmen zur Sicherstellung des längerfristigen Markterfolgs auf Basis von Marktdaten, Forecasts, Userfeedbacks, Kundenzufriedenheit etc.
Wichtige Anforderungen sind:
- 3-5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing mit Performance-Fokus (z.B. aus Online-Unternehmen, Web-Agentur oder Internet-Dienstleister)
- Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren Online Marketing Channels (SEO, SEA, Programmatic, Email oder Social)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Versicherungswesen
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Web Analytics (vorzugsweise Google Analytics)
- Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung in Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Marketing o.ä.
- "Can Do" Einstellung: Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kundenorientierung
- Performance-Mindset und Erfolgsorientierung
- Neugierde, Kreativität, Lust selbständig Neues zu lernen
