The Swiss property market is constantly changing. The interactive map shows you at a glance how prices of apartments and houses have altered in recent years.

If you are thinking about buying or selling a property, the map can help you get a feel for the current price situation.

How does the map work?

To see how prices have changed, simply enter the time period you are interested in. If you do not know what district the town you are looking for belongs to, you can also enter the postcode.

What features does the map offer?

  • Click on a district in order to see more details.
  • In the detail view, click on "Display price history" to open a chart that shows you how property prices have changed.
  • If you wish to see the prices per quarter, select two successive years.
