A flat rate is a fixed price per month. Most flat-rate plans allow unlimited surfing, calls and text/multimedia messages.

With a flat rate, you pay the same price each month, which includes all mobile phone usage. You have unlimited use of the Internet plus unlimited calls and text messages. This type of plan is worth considering if you make lots of calls, often surf the Internet on your phone and need a lot of mobile data.
