Wir suchen eine neue Wohnung und würden dafür gerne unsere schöne Wohnung mitten in Luzern zum Tausch anbieten.
Unsere Wohnung ist 90 m² gross, hat 4 Zimmer und ist sehr hell und freundlich. Alle Zimmer haben Parkett. Dazu gehören zwei kleine Balkone, ein Innenhof, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine separate Gästetoilette. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet und wir haben eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Estrich und einen sehr grosszügigen Keller.
Auch die Lage ist super praktisch: In etwa 5 Gehminuten erreicht man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, unter anderem Migros und Coop. Das Fitnesszentrum am Bundesplatz ist ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe. Der Bahnhof Luzern ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist durch ihre zentrale Lage und die grosszügige Aufteilung perfekt für ein Paar oder eine WG. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Das Haus hat keinen Lift.
Da wir im Oktober Nachwuchs bekommen und dann zu dritt sind, ist die Wohnung für uns langfristig leider nicht mehr ideal.
