Ich ziehe am 01.10. in eine schöne 4.5-Zimmer Wohnung und möchte gerne eine weitere Person aufnehmen, mit der ich die Wohnung respektvoll, unkompliziert und angenehm teilen kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ganz ruhigen Lage mit guter Busanbindung und ist nicht weit von Bahnhof entfernt. Sie verfügt über ein grosses Zimmer auch Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC.
Zu mir: Ich bin 35 Jahre alt, Nichtraucher und im sozialen Bereich tätig. Ich bin ein ruhiger, unkomplizierter und umgänglicher Mensch und lege Wert auf ein respektvolles und angenehmes Zusammenleben.
