Hey everyone, we are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful shared flat in Kreis 6 from October 1.

The room is approx. 14 m2 in size with laminate flooring and comfortable floor heating. It is part of our renovated 5.5 room Altbau apartment located on the 4th floor.

Our WG offers:
- A large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage, which is perfect for cooking together or enjoying relaxed dinners.
- A comfortable living room with a small balcony. Our cozy shared space to unwind after work, watch a movie, have a glass of wine, or simply chat. The adjoining balcony is ideal for getting some fresh air, enjoying your morning coffee, or catching a bit of afternoon sun.
- Two bathrooms. One bathroom with a shower, washing machine & tumbler, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Having two bathrooms makes mornings smoother and gives everyone enough flexibility.
