Availability:



* Early October to end of November: short-term sublet. Dates are flexible, with preference for someone who can take the full period.
* From early December: potential **long-term** lease takeover, with a new contract directly with the landlord/property management.
* An earlier/later long-term takeover may also be possible by arrangement.
