Hinweis: Es handelt sich um eine befristete Untermiete in Form einer WG ideal, wenn Sie in den Kanton Zug ziehen und erst einmal ankommen möchten, bevor Sie etwas definitives finden. Ich ziehe im Januar 2027 nach Luzern und bin vorher auf Reisen; ein Zimmer sowie der Keller bleiben für mich reserviert, die Wohnung steht Ihnen faktisch allein zur Verfügung.

Gesucht ist eine Untermiete vom 28.09.2026 bis 14.01.2027 (späterer Beginn oder kürzere Dauer möglich; das Enddatum ist fix).

2.5 von 3.5 Zimmern in Baar, ca. 85 m² Gesamtfläche, Erdgeschoss, mit Mitbenutzung von Küche, Bad und Waschküche. 7 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Baar (ca. 30 Min. nach Zürich, ca. 40 Min. nach Luzern, 5 Min. nach Zug), 10 Velominuten zum Bahnhof Zug. Geeignet für 12 Personen.

Pauschalmietzins CHF 1'770/Mt. inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom, Garagenplatz und Teilmöblierung (Tisch, Sofa, Kücheninsel, Schrank, Vorhänge), exkl. Internet. Depot: CHF 1'770. Die Untermiete erfolgt unter dem Vorbehalt der schriftlichen Zustimmung der Verwaltung.

Bei Interesse bitte kurze Vorstellung: Anzahl Personen, Beruf/Arbeitgeber, gewünschte Dauer.

Ausweis bzw. Aufenthaltsbewilligung und einen aktuellen Betreibungsauszug benötige ich erst vor Vertragsabschluss die Angaben gehen an die Verwaltung, die der Untermiete zustimmen muss. Unterlagen nicht berücksichtigter Interessenten werden gelöscht.

Please note this is a temporary sublet in a flatshare arrangement ideal if you are moving to Canton Zug and want a base while you look for something permanent. I move to Lucerne in January 2027 and am travelling before that; one room and the cellar stay reserved for me, so in practice you have the apartment to yourself.

2.5 of 3.5 rooms in Baar, approx. 85 m² total, ground floor, with shared use of kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. 7 minutes' walk from Baar station (approx. 30 min to Zurich, 40 min to Lucerne, 5 min to Zug), 10 minutes to Zug main station by bike. Suitable for 12 people.

All-inclusive rent CHF 1,770/month covering service charges, electricity, a garage space and partial furnishing (table, sofa, kitchen island, wardrobe, curtains), excl. internet. Deposit: CHF 1,770. The sublet is subject to the written approval of the property management.
