Recherche colocataire pour louer une maison
Nous sommes un couple avec 1 enfant de 14 mois. Nous sommes tous les deux en emplois fixe sur Genève.
Nous sommes à la recherche soit d'un couple soit de 2 personnes individuelles pour faire une colocation afin de louer une maison notamment dans les communes de Carouge, Lancy, Troinex, Veyrier, Eaux-Vives, Chêne-Bourg, Thônex.
Nous visons une maison avec au minimum 8 pièces avec un jardin et un parking/place de park (couvert ou non pas d'importance). Nous avons donc besoin de 3 chambres de notre côté (ou 2 chambres et 1 bureau).
Le loyer serait aux alentours de 5000chf par mois à diviser par 4.
Bien sûr nous fixerons des règles de vie commune ensemble.
Nous avons déjà regardé quelques maisons qui sont intéressantes.
Nous serions ravis d'en discuter avec vous si cela vous intéresse. Nous pouvons également nous rencontrer autour d'un café.
