We are looking for a new tenant from 1 November 2026 to take over our 2-room apartment on Widmerstrasse in Zurich-Wollishofen.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers approx. 55 m² of living space. The layout is particularly practical: the two main rooms are approximately the same size, each around 12 m², and can therefore be used flexibly as a bedroom, living room or home office. The kitchen has space for a dining table and is equipped with a dishwasher. The hob and oven were replaced only a few months ago.

The apartment comes with both a private cellar compartment and a private attic storage compartment, providing plenty of additional storage space.

In the basement there is also a bicycle room and a shared laundry room. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be used without a fixed laundry schedule. A separate drying room with a room-air dryer is also available.

The building is located in the second row behind Albisstrasse, which keeps the apartment pleasantly quiet while still offering very convenient access to public transport and shops.
