2.5 Rooms, 55 m², 1. floor 

Per 1. November suche ich einen Nachmieter / eine Nachmieterin für meine 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe vom Idaplatz (ca. 55 qm, 1. Stock, max. 2 Personen). Ggf. kann sich das Datum auf den 1. Dezember verschieben, das wird sich aber voraussichtlich bis Ende September klären. Miete: ich bezahle aktuell CHF 2.050 inklusive Nebenkosten, die Neuvermietung kann evtl. teurer sein, deshalb habe ich 2.150 CHF als Einschätzung angegeben. Nebenkosten: sind inkludiert, lediglich Waschen wird nach Verbrauch bezahlt. Depot: 3 Monatsmieten.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants, Cafés, Einkauf und ÖV. Die Wohnung ist bei Sonnenschein angenehm lichtdurchflutet und hat einen grossen Eingangsbereich, Einbauschrank und 4-fach isolierte Fenster. Der Boden der Zimmer ist Laminat, bei Küche/Bad Fliesen (siehe Bilder). Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über Glasfaseranschluss, ein Kellerabteil und eine 24h-Waschküche.

Melde dich gerne mit einer kurzen Beschreibung von dir (inkl. Infos zu deinem Beruf, ob Festanstellung und unbefristeter Vertrag). Ideal wäre, wenn dein Nettoeinkommen die dreifache Monatsmiete übersteigt und der Betreibungsregisterauszug keine Einträge aufweist. As of November 1st, I am looking for a tenant to take over my 2.5-room apartment near Idaplatz (approx. 55 sqm, 1st floor, max. 2 people). The move-in date might be postponed to December 1st, which will be clarified soon. Rent: I currently pay CHF 2,050 including utilities. The new rent might possibly be higher, which is why I have listed it as CHF 2,150 as an estimate. Utilities: Included in the rent; laundry is the only thing billed based on usage. The apartment is in a very quiet location while being in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transport. It is pleasantly flooded with natural light when the sun is out and features a large entryway, a built-in wardrobe, and quadruple-glazed windows. Flooring: Laminate in the rooms, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom (see pictures). Extras: Fiber-optic internet connection, a private cellar compartment, and a 24-hour communal laundry room.
