1 Room

(We just repost the publication due to a last minute desistement :) )

Alessandro and I are looking for one flatmate to fill the room number 4:). A bit about the apartment: it's very quiet, situated in the middle of the block, and features a somewhat vintage décor (the plan is to buy some new staff). The previous flatmates had a strong artistic sensibility. We d love love to maintain a friendly, family-like atmosphere in the flat and look forward to discussing this with you. A bit about us Victor is 32-year-old architect and civil engineer, Alessandro is 22 year old and just moved to Zurich. We both came because of our partner is living in Zürich. Through this new chapter, we are hoping to meet interesting and fun people :). Victor is only sleep at the apartment from Wednesday to sunday night because Victor works in Fribourg at the beginning of the week.

The apartment has four and a half rooms.. Room 4 is 870 francs (same surface and price than Victor's), and room 3 (Alessandro will be in this room) is 750 francs. The security deposit is 7,495 francs, split pro-rata based on the rent: 2,618.73 francs for room 4 and 2,257.60 francs for room 3. Basic utilities are included, but costs like internet, the TV license fee, etc., are extra; these additional charges come to about 75 francs per person. There are already many items in the apartment, but we'll need to buy a few more things. There will be costs associated with moving in (such as a living room table) and administrative fees for the first month, which will be split three ways.
