Ab Oktober 2026 wird ein Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen 5,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Alt-Wiedikon (8045 Zürich) frei.Wir sind eine 4er-WG (aktuell Florian, Niklas, Nici und Katja) und teilen uns eine sonnige 130 m² Wohnung mit zwei großen Balkonen.Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie zwei Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Das Zimmer was frei wird ist 12 qm groß, die Miete ist CHF1420 und beinhaltet Nebenkosten, Internet sowie eine Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen alle zwei Wochen.
Wir sind alle Ende 20, berufstätig und suchen Menschen in einer ähnlichen Lebensphase. Vorzugsweise eine Frau um das Gleichgewicht in der WG zu halten. Wir haben alle recht volle Terminkalender, sind aber eine soziale WG und freuen uns immer über einen gemütlichen Plausch in der Küche oder ein gemeinsames Getränk auf dem Balkon, wenn wir zuhause sind.
