It is a cozy studio with everything you need. It was partially renovated last year. Laundry facilities in the building.
The apartment has a really good location: it is next to the train/bus station and supermarket; 5 minute walk from the city centre; 10 minute walk to the swimming pool and other sport facilities; gym across the street. Good area overall with nice neighbours.
Rent is 980 CHF/month including utilities. Electricity is paid separately every 2 or 3 months.

A renda é de 980 CHF/mês, com as despesas incluídas. A conta de luz é paga à parte, a cada 2 ou 3 meses.

C'est un quartier agréable avec des voisins sympathiques.
