Da ich für einige Monate auf Reisen gehe, möchte ich mein Zimmer während dieser Zeit gerne an eine sympathische und zuverlässige Person untervermieten.

Ich suche jemanden, der sorgfältig, ordentlich und respektvoll mit dem Zimmer und der Wohnung umgeht und sich in einer bestehenden WG wohlfühlt. Mir ist ein unkompliziertes und angenehmes Zusammenleben wichtig.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Bürotisch, Stuhl, Kommode, Kleiderstange) und kann während meiner Reise vollständig genutzt werden. Vom Zimmer aus hast du direkten Zugang zur Terrasse.
Während meiner Abwesenheit wirst du mit Kevin (37, Gärtner), Adrian (33, Biologe und aktuell PH-Student) und Bruno (31, Biologe) zusammenwohnen.
Wir leben in einer angenehmen und unkomplizierten Atmosphäre. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Alltag und Freiraum, gleichzeitig unternehmen wir ab und zu etwas zusammen, kochen, trinken einen Kaffee oder verbringen einfach gemütlich Zeit in der Wohnung.
