I am renting out a fully furnished room with private balcony in a very bright and large apartment in Küsnacht center, very close to the train station. You will share this flat with 2 other people.
The room comes with a double bed, built-in closet, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included. Only Serafe is not included
Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher. There is also 1 extra balcony for common use. The room is currently available from now until 31.03.2027 at least (this due to planned renovation works, extension possible).
All main shops are close and the train station is 2 minutes from the flat. Zurich main train station is less than 10 minutes away by train and public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week.
The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler.
Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
