Je m'appelle Sarah, j'ai 38 ans, je quitte la coloc le 30.09 ayant trouvé un studio, l'entrée se fera au 1er octobre. Mes 2 colocataires actuelles sont des femmes actives.
LOYERS (charges comprises) :
> Grande chambre CHF 1204.- / 44 m², à l'étage, effet studio en fermant la porte
> Place de parc intérieure en option : CHF 130.-
> Compter environ CHF 100.-/mois de frais coloc (électricité, ménage, wifi, TV, produits communs, garantie de loyer)
Nous cherchons : personne sérieuse, calme, soigneuse, non-fumeuse. Coloc d'adultes actives, ambiance posée mais conviviale par moments. Femme de ménage 1x/2 semaines pour les communs.
Appartement (duplex, 2ème étage, <10 min à pied de la gare) :
> 2 chambres occupées + chambre 44 m² + chambre commune de 12 m² + cuisine + grand salon/salle à manger + salle de bain (baignoire + machine à laver + WC) + WC visiteur + balcon + cave
