Die Wohnung wird als 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung vermietet. Ein Zimmer werde ich während dieser Zeit für meine persönlichen Sachen benötigen. Zur Verfügung stehen damit ein offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung wird grundsätzlich möbliert und vollständig ausgestattet vermietet. Welche Möbel und Gegenstände in der Wohnung bleiben und was gegebenenfalls entfernt werden soll, können wir gerne gemeinsam besprechen und auf deine Bedürfnisse abstimmen.
Auf Wunsch können auch Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien und Putzutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt werden du kannst also grundsätzlich mit wenig Gepäck einziehen.
In der Miete ist alles inklusive, unter anderem auch Internet, TV-Anschluss und Strom. Es soll eine unkomplizierte und möglichst angenehme Lösung für beide Seiten sein.
