einen Parkplatz im Unterstand für CHF 50.– pro Monat (optional)
Die Wohnung wird hauptsächlich mit einem Holzofen beheizt, der selbstständig eingeheizt werden muss. Zusätzlich stehen elektrische Radiatoren zur Verfügung. Da der Stromverbrauch entsprechend höher ausfallen kann, betragen die Nebenkosten je nach Verbrauch mindestens CHF 300.– pro Monat und können bei höherem Verbrauch entsprechend steigen.
Die Wohnung wird im Sommer als Ferienwohnung über Airbnb vermietet und steht deshalb während der Wintersaison für Wintersaisonier zur Verfügung.
