Hi ich bin Moja, 38 Jahre alt und suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in für meine wundervolle, fertig eingerichtete Wohnung direkt im belebten Kreis 5. Ich bin sehr kreativ und wünsche mir positive Energien, eine entspannte Wohngemeinschaft und ein ordentliches und respektvolles Miteinander. Wochenaufhalter sind erwünscht, es wird nicht von dir erwartet, ein angeregtes WG Leben zu führen.
Es besteht die Option zum Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Warteliste für Aussenstellplatz (mit Bewerbung bei der Hausverwaltung), sowie Gästeparkplätze am Haus.
Die Kaution beträgt CHF 6000.-, du würdest zusammen mit mir Hauptmieter werden. Wir haben eine dreimonatige Kündigungsfrist.
Die Kosten für eine Reinigungskraft alle 14 Tage, Internetkosten und Versicherung sind von der Miete noch nicht gedeckt und können wir gemeinsam vereinbaren.

Weekly guests are welcome; you're not expected to participate in a lively shared living environment.
There's the option of an underground parking spot and a waiting list for an outdoor parking spot (requires an application to the property management), as well as guest parking spaces at the building.
The security deposit is CHF 6,000; you would become the primary tenant along with me. We have a three-month notice period.
The costs for a cleaning service every 14 days, internet, and insurance are not included in the rent and can be worked out between us.
