This apartment is temporary only.
From 10.11.2026 until 26.01.27, but the dates and price can be negotiated a bit (until the end of January, or the end of February 2027).

It has 3 rooms, but it is also possible to rent without the small room (about 9m²) for 130 CHF cheaper.

The balcony is really big (about 14m²). The living room and bedroom are also quite big and get sun the entire afternoon. The small room and kitchen get morning sun.
I have a big freezer (4 drawers) that you can use.
The bed is 2x2m - so, really big! I also have a single bed and two single mattresses available.

Ideally for someone who enjoys plants, as I have many, that are mostly outside. I will make a sort of greenhouse for the winter, to protect the plants, so they don't really need much maintenance (perhaps watering them once a month or so). With this, there will also be a lot more free space on the balcony (a little bit more than half of it will be without the plants).

It can easily accommodate a couple plus another person, especially if you take it also with the small room.
