I'm renting out a **14 m² room** in a beautiful, bright apartment on the **third floor in Meilen**, available from **Friday, October 2nd, 2026 until March 31st, 2027** .
The apartment has a lovely **view of Lake Zurich** and is partially furnished. The shared living space includes a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a small coffee table, a TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a **dishwasher**, while a **washing machine and dryer** are available in the basement and shared with the other residents of the building.
The room itself will be rented **unfurnished**, giving you the freedom to make it your own.

Great connection to Zurich
The **Bus 925 stop is just a 3-minute walk away**, with a direct connection to **Meilen train station** . From there, the **S7 takes you directly to Zurich HB in around 15 minutes** .
So you get the best of both worlds: the peace and views of Meilen, while Zurich is still very easy to reach.

A little about me
My name is **Alessio**, I'm 29, Italian, and I work as a **physiotherapist** .
During the week I'm usually out of the apartment quite a lot because of work and training I work out around **45 times a week** . I'm a calm and easy-going person who enjoys having a chat, sharing a meal or spending some time together, but I also really value **privacy and having your own space** .
I speak **Italian, English and German**, so communication shouldn't be a problem

I'm looking for someone who is similarly **respectful, clean, easy-going and considerate**, and who enjoys a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at home.
