1 Room, 2. floor 

Hello everyone!

I'll be leaving my room in Windisch Breite in November, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.

Location:

* 10 minutes' walk from Brugg train station
* Right in front of the Windisch Breite bus stop

Rent:

* CHF **490** per month, with all utilities included.

*Eligibility*: You must be a **student (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD students)** to be eligible for the room.

The apartment includes:

* Wi-Fi
* Dishwasher
* Two refrigerators with freezers
* An additional freezer
* Basement/storage space
* Shared washing machine (with the building residents)
* Shared kitchen and common areas

There are 5 people living in the apartment:

* 1 piano student (he doesn't play in the flat don't worry!)
* 2 PhD students at PSI
* 1 university student
* And hopefully you!

Everyone is friendly, quiet, and respectful of each other's schedules and the shared spaces, making it a great place to live. The cleaning duties are devided among the tenants so that the full flat is cleaned every week and the tasks equally devided.

The vibe of the flat is nice and cozy. We like to spend some time chatting in the common spaces, but there is no pressure to do so!
