1 Room, 67 m², 4. floor 

I am subletting a room in my flat, for up to one year. The sublet starts earliest Nov 15, but a move-in date in December can be negotiated.
The flat is located in Ecublens, 10 mins walk to the centre commercial and 10 mins to the Cerisaie stop on the m1. Nice, quiet neighborhood that is especially perfect for students or researchers.

The flat consists of a large balcony, kitchen, and living room. It is on the 4th floor, but there is a reliable lift. The building also has a nice bicycle storage facility. Your room has a bed, desk, small drawers, and a big window with shades + balcony access. The kitchen has a dish washing machine. NOTE: the laundry situation is a bit strange in my building, we only have an assigned laundry time once every 21 days. However, it is usually possible to arrange something with the neighbors so the schedule can be flexible, and there is a laundromat not far from the flat as another solution.

I am a 32-year-old female working at UNIL. I moved to Lausanne a year ago and I expect to stay here for another 2-4 years. I prefer a quite/calm living environment, where we can chat or do our own thing. Feel free to ask if you have questions of me.

I can sublet to a single person, a couple, or a single person with a child. Unfortunately, I cannot sublet to a full family unit (couple + child). The listed price is for a single person, the price will be slightly higher for a couple or single person with a child.
