Zimmer an Josefstrasse (idealerweise nur Wochenaufenthalt)
Idealerweise hast du Dein 30igster Geburtstag schon gefeiert und bist trotzdem gerne unterwegs und verreist auch mal gerne. Best case wäre nur Wochenaufenthalt.
Ich selbst bin 1-2 mal länger im Ausland und werde mein Zimmer in der Zeit untervermieten. Die Offenheit dazu muss gegeben sein.
Neben dem Zimmer mit Schrank kannst Du natürlich das Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer mitbenutzen aber bitte ohne Absicht Dich zu verwirklichen, die Wohnung ist bereits liebevoll eingerichtet und besteht seit 16 Jahren.
In den Kosten ist Deine Reinigungskraft alle 2 Wochen inkludiert. Weitere Kosten wie Strom, gemeinsame Ausgaben für den Haushalt, Bilag etc. werden regelmässig durch 2 geteilt.
Es ist ein Depot in höhe von CHF 2000.- zu hinterlegen.
