Wir bieten unsere schöne und modern ausgestattete 3.5-Zimmerwohnung zum Tausch gegen eine 2 - 2.5 Zimmerwohnung in der schönen Stadt Zürich (Kreis 2, 3, 4 oder 5) an. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Schweighof und 7 Gehminuten von der nächsten Tramhaltestelle (Linie 9 und 14) entfernt. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus den Uetliberg besteigen oder ist im Handumdrehen im Sportzentrum Heuried.
Wir waren Erstbezüger und die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet mit einer modernen, offenen Wohnküche (inkl. Kombisteamer, Induktionsherd von BORA und Geschirrspüler), zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie zwei grosszügigen Schlaf- bzw. Arbeitszimmern. Ausserdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Waschturm mit Tumbler und einen grosszügigen Balkon. Durch die hohen Fenster ist die Wohnung schön hell aber trotzdem sehr gut isoliert und auch schallgeschützt.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Ausserdem kann ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu gemietet werden. In der Tiefgarage ist ausserdem auch ein abschliessbarer Bereich für Fahrräder angelegt.
Wir suchen:
- 2 - 2.5 Zimmer
- vorzugsweise mit Geschirrspühlmaschine
- Balkon oder Sitzplatz
- Parkmöglichkeit für einen VW-Bus (am liebsten Privatparkplatz, der dazugemietet werden kann)
- Miete: max. 2'000 CHF (inkl. Nebenkosten)
- Kreise: 2, 3, 4 oder 5
- Datum: zwischen Anfang Oktober und Mitte November
