Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer angenehmen Lage mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt, die Universität und die Autobahn. Zu Fuss:
* 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle Heimatstrasse Richtung Stadt (Bus 3, 4).
* 5 Minuten zur Goethestrasse Richtung Universität (Bus 9)
Die Küche ist mit Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler und Smart-Ofen (mit Mikrowelle) ausgestattet. Waschmaschine/Tumbler stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung im Waschraum zur Verfügung.

The apartment can be taken over afterwards for long-term rental (very suitable for shared living). The apartment has a lot of daylight, a spacious balcony, and is located in a quiet yet conveniently central location in St. Gallen.

The flat is in a pleasant location with good access to the city, the university, and the highway. On foot:
* 2 minutes to the bus stop Heimatstrasse for the city (bus 3, 4).
* 5 min to Goethestrasse for the university (bus 9)
The kitchen is equipped with a freezer, dishwasher and Smart Oven (with microwave). Washing machine/tumble dryer are available for shared use in the laundry room.
