Room in a shared flat - Wädenswil, Seestrasse
Wir sind eine unkomplizierte WG für 4 Personen. Wir machen öfters mal was zusammen, sind aber auch gerne für uns. Wir suchen ein neues Mitglied ab 1. Oktober (oder nach Vereinbarung). Wir sind 1 Frau und 2 Männer, alle Studierenden an der ZHAW und ETH Zürich. Wir sprechen Englisch oder Deutsch zusammen (oder Französisch). Wichtig für uns ist ein gutes Verständnis untereinander und eine gleichmässige Teilung der Aufgaben im Haus. Am besten suchen wir jemanden, der langfristig bleiben kann (mindestens 1 Jahr oder länger).
Das Zimmer (möbliert) hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den See. Die Küche und die Stube werden gemeinsam genutzt, und das Gebäude hat eine Dachterrasse. Im Keller gibt es eine Washmaschine und einen Tumbler. Die WG ist 5 min vom wädenswiler Bahnhof entfernt. ZHAW Campus Reidbach und Rothus sind in unmittelbarer nähe. Campus Grünthal ist 15 min entfernt.

We are a WG for 4, looking for a new flatmate from October 1st. We are 1 woman and 2 men currently studying at ZHAW or ETH Zurich, looking to welcome a 4th person to replace one of our flatmates moving out. We speak English or German together (or French). We tend to do our things separately, but are also happy to do activities together once in a while. For us, maintaining good harmony and splitting chores fairly is important. Ideally, we are looking for someone who would like to stay at least for the medium term (at least 1 year or more).
The room (furnished), has a beautiful view on the lake. We have a shared kitchen and living room, and the apartment block has a rooftop terrace. There is one washing machine and one dryer in the basement. The apartment is located near the Wädenswil train station (5 min), right next to ZHAW Campus Reidbach, and within walking distance to Campus Grünthal (15 min).
