1 Room, 2. floor 

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our wonderful maisonette flat tucked away on a hill near Stadelhofen starting in October (flexible).

The unfurnished room is large (20sqm) and bright, on the second floor with a private, south-facing balcony and plenty of internal storage.

The rest of the apartment is shared over two floors (with stairs), has a cosy living room with a projector for movie nights, and it faces a private garden full of trees and greenery. Upstairs, there is a bright and spacious kitchen with a balcony. There are two bathrooms in total. There is also lots of storage in the attic and basement.

You would share the apartment with Maria (28, she/her), Kathleen (32, she/her), and Kathleen's dog Gus.
Maria works between visual design and communication and, when not biking, can usually be found at the cinema, swimming year-round, or enjoying art exhibitions and cultural events.
Kathleen works as a herpetologist, is an avid runner and will infuse the kitchen with the smell of her delicious food and bake the best cookies you've ever had. You can often catch her watching k-dramas or telling you that turtles are not amphibians.
Gus likes food and Kathleen. He's a chill and relaxed medium-sized husky mix that will probably win you over with his blue eyes.

Overall, we each have our own routines, but we often find time to chat, cook, and eat together in the kitchen and occasionally watch a movie on the projector or spend time outside the WG.

We are not looking for someone to just occupy the room, but someone who can contribute to making this corner of the city feel like home. We respect each other and offer a hand when needed. We also like to maintain a clean and organised home. Ideally, you are someone who shares similar values and respects both private and common spaces.
