Die Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre, jedoch über dem Stall. Sie bietet ein komfortables und ruhiges Zuhause mit einem grosszügigen Balkon, auf dem Sie die Natur rundum geniessen können. Die idyllische Lage ist ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe abseits des städtischen Trubels suchen.
Wen wir suchen
Wir suchen eine verantwortungsbewusste, ordentliche und nichtrauchende Mieterin, die das Landleben schätzt. Besonders freuen würden wir uns über eine Frau mit echter Pferdeerfahrung, die dank zeitlicher Flexibilität beispielsweise durch Homeoffice oder Pensionierung die Gesellschaft unserer zwei Pferde geniessen und uns gelegentlich, insbesondere während unserer Ferienzeiten, tatkräftig unterstützen kann.
Wissenswertes
Lage: Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist erforderlich, da keine direkte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr besteht.
Haustiere: Ein kleiner, gut erzogener Hund ist nach Absprache willkommen. Zum Schutz unserer Tiere können wir keine Katzen oder weiteren Pferde aufnehmen.
Mietzins: CHF 400 pro Monat bei entsprechender Mithilfe
