**Dein Zimmer**
Das Zimmer ist das grösste Zimmer im ganzen Haus und dazu kommt noch ein privater Balkon von 3x3m mit perfekter Sonne morgens bis abends, Blick auf Zürich, in den Garten und hübsche Bäume direkt daneben. Alle Fenster gehen zum Garten heraus, sodass du keinen Strassenlärm hörst. Für alle, die im Homeoffice arbeiten oder einfach mal mehr Platz brauchen, steht in einem der zwei Wohnzimmer zusätzlich ein Schreibtisch zur Verfügung.

Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und bietet dadurch viel Privatsphäre und Freiraum. Auf allen Seiten umgeben von Garten gibt es genug Platz zum entspannen, gärtnern und eine Feuerstelle. Im Keller hat es auch Platz für Fahrräder und ein kleines Home-Gym. Wir sprechen (fast) alle (CH-)Deutsch und Englisch und haben je nach Hintergrund noch ein paar weitere Sprachen im Repertoire.

**Deine Lage**
Wir schätzen unser Haus sehr. Von zwei Balkonen aus haben wir eine recht wunderschöne Aussicht über ganz Zürich. Rund ums Haus gibt es einen grossen Garten, in dem auch mal gemeinsam angepackt wird. Das Quartier ist ruhig und liegt nahe beim Rigiblick und Zoo der Weg in die Natur ist also nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es aber nur 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof Zürich oder Letten.

**Deine Mitbewohner**
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen wären:

Chloé (Tierärztin und Pferdeflüsterin) hat schon in x Ländern gelebt, findet Blindschleichen süss und kann mit ihrem Lachen jede:n aus einem Tag mit schlechter Laune retten.

Flora Die mit dem grünen Daumen und grossen Hang zu Wintersport. Junges Alter und dennoch die inoffizielle WG-Mama. Kann nicht stillsitzen und immer in Bewegung (im guten Sinne).

Tuba (Architektin) - kocht viel und gerne, oft in der Badi oder See zu finden (auch noch bei Mondschein), liebt Hunde und oft auf Architektur Exkursionen.

Tino (Maschinenbauer) unser inoffizieller WG-Papa, immer zu haben für einen Drink und ein gutes Gespräch auf der Terrasse; weiss ausserdem, wie man so ziemlich alles repariert und kocht.

Tim (Finance Guru) Sportlichstes WG Mitglied, auf Rennrad und Tennisplatz, Lebensgrosser Zinseszins-Rechner und samstäglicher Zeitungsleser der gerne kocht und gute Unterhaltungen schätzt.

Dries (Medtech Postdoc) - WG Neuzugang der gerne kocht und elektronische Musik liebt als Zuhörer, Produzent und bald WG-DJ.

Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Trotz eigener Leben verbringen wir immer wieder gerne Zeit miteinander sei es bei Gesprächen, beim gemeinsamen Essen oder einfach draussen im Garten.

**Sonstiges**
In den Nebenkosten inbegriffen sind unter anderem die Kosten für eine Putzkraft, die einmal pro Woche kommt und sich um die Pflege der Gemeinschaftsräume kümmert. Neben Heiz- und Stromkosten auch noch geteilte Basics wie Öl, Salz, Putzmittel etc.

Das Zimmer steht zum 01.09. zur Verfügung (nach Absprache auch früher oder etwas später). **Bitte schreib uns, wann du einziehen kannst.**

**Your Room**
The room is the largest in the entire house and also comes with a private 3x3m balcony that gets perfect sunlight from morning until evening. It overlooks Zurich, the garden, and beautiful trees right next to it. All windows of the room go into the garden so you won't hear any streetnoise. For anyone working from home or simply needing a bit more space, there is also a desk available in one of the living rooms.

The house spans three floors, which provides a lot of privacy and room to breathe with garden around three sides and space for relaxing, gardening and a fireplace. In the basement is space for bikes and we have a small home gym. We speak (mostly) Swiss German and English and, depending on background, a few other languages as well.

**Your Location**
We really appreciate our house. From two balconies we have a pretty wonderful view over the whole of Zurich. Around the house there is a large garden where people sometimes pitch in together. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Rigiblick and the zoo so access to nature is just a stone's throw away. By bike you will be at the main station or Letten in 10 minutes.

**Your Housemates**
Your future housemates would be:

Chloé (veterinarian and horse whisperer) has lived in several countries, finds slowworms cute, and can lift anyone out of a badmood day with her laugh.

Flora the one with the green thumb and a big love of winter sports. Young but the unofficial flatshare mum. Can't sit still and is always on the move (in a good way).

Tuba (Architect) Loves cooking and does it often, can frequently be found at the Badi or by the lake (even by moonlight), loves dogs, and is often off on architecture excursions.

Tino (Mechanical Engineer) Our unofficial WG dad, always up for a drink and a good conversation on the terrace. He also knows how to fix pretty much anything or cook anything.

Tim (finance guru) newcomer and great FC Basel fan. Escapes to football matches on his tablet and likes to do sports. A living, breathing compoundinterest calculator who enjoys cooking and good conversations.

Dries (Medtech Postdoc) The newest addition to the WG, who loves cooking and electronic music, both as a listener and producerand soon to be the WG's resident DJ.

We are definitely not a purely functional flatshare. Despite having our own lives, we enjoy spending time together again and again whether chatting, eating together, or simply being outside in the garden.

**Other Information**
Included in the utilities is, among other things, the cost of a cleaner who comes once a week and takes care of the communal areas. The costs already covers heating, electricity and shared goods like oil, spices, cleaning supplies etc.
The room is available from 1 September (earlier or slightly later by arrangement is possible). **Please let us know when you could move in.**
