**Unser Zuhause für drei Monate**
Wir verreisen von Anfang Dezember bis Ende Februar und möchten in dieser Zeit unser gemütliches Zuhause gerne an jemanden weitergeben, der sich hier genauso wohlfühlt wie wir.
Die Wohnung liegt **in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Binz** von dort bist du in nur ca. 5 Minuten am Zürich HB. Durch den offenen Grundriss ist die Wohnung sehr hell und bekommt auch im Winter viel Sonne. Sie eignet sich besonders gut für **eine Person oder ein Paar** .
Wir sind ein **Nichtraucher-Haushalt und haben keine Haustiere** die Wohnung ist daher auch für Allergiker gut geeignet.
Die Wohnung wird **ohne Kellerabteil** vermietet.
Und noch eine kleine Bitte: Erfahrungsgemäss bekommen wir ziemlich viele Anfragen von Menschen, die das Inserat nicht ganz gelesen haben. Deshalb schreib uns doch bei deiner Nachricht kurz, **wer du bist und welches dein Lieblingsbuch ist** . So wissen wir, dass du bis zum Ende gekommen bist.
Wir freuen uns, von dir zu hören und vielleicht schon bald unser Zuhause für drei Monate in gute Hände zu geben.

**Our home for three months**
We'll be travelling from the beginning of December until the end of February and would love to rent out our cosy home to someone who will enjoy it as much as we do.
The apartment is located **within walking distance of Binz train station**, from where you can reach Zurich main station in just around 5 minutes. Thanks to the open layout, the apartment is very bright and gets plenty of sunlight, even during the winter months. It is particularly well suited for **one person or a couple** .
We are a **non-smoking household and don't have any pets**, so the apartment is also a good fit for people with allergies.
The apartment is rented **without a basement storage unit** .
And one little request: We usually receive quite a few enquiries from people who haven't quite made it to the end of the listing. So, when you contact us, **tell us a little bit about yourself and what your favourite book is** . That way, we know you've made it all the way here.
