WG Zimmer - gemütlich und gut gelegen
Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand in einem etwas älteren Gebäude in der Nähe vom Eisfeld Luzern. Die genaue Adresse gebe ich dir in einem zweiten Schritt bekannt.
Es steht kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung und grössere Haustiere (Hunde, Katze) sind nicht gestattet.
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen:
Bahnhof Luzern: 10" mit Bus
gut frequentierte Busstation: 2"
Migros: 5" zu Fuss
See: 5" zu Fuss
Ich (m, 32) bin eine eher ruhige Person die arbeitstätig ist und daher durch den Tag selten zuhause ist. Ansonsten verbringe ich viel Zeit in der Natur oder beim Sport. Wenn ich zuhause bin dann lasse ich es eher ruhig angehen.
Zu dir:Ich wünsche mir eine freundliche und respektvolle Person, die ein harmonisches zusammenwohnen wünscht, sich einbringt und die gemeinsam genutzten Räume mitgestalten möchte.
Mir ist wichtig das die Wohnung ein Rückzugsort ist und man sich auch zurückziehen kann, möchte aber auch keine reine Zweck-WG.
