**About the flat & flatmates:**
A 3-room shared apartment in Zürich clean, sustainability-minded household, at the moment there is construction work in front of the house, but it's not so loud. Apartment is Close to SBB Werkstätt area.

**About me:**
I studied Trends and Identity at Zhdk now I am working as a freelance photographer/artist, into sustainability, healthy food, and cooking. Love classical music, yoga, and running. I travel often for work, value my private time and space, but also really enjoy cooking and having dinner together. Non-smoker, drink rarely, generally healthy lifestyle. (I have nothing against smoking people) I love having people and friends around for dinner. I am very curious person, open-minded, sometimes silly, taking life not too seriously.

**Looking for:**
A clean, direct communicator who's open-minded and respectful of shared space. With an experience of living together with someone. Someone with their own life and rhythm going on, ideally someone also busy/traveling sometimes. From experience, it works best when flatmates share a similar lifestyle health-conscious and tidy. Students or working professionals both welcome.

Everything is organized in the apartment already, kitchen is well supplied. Furniture included in the rent. For example the closet is something that its difficult to move away and perfect fit for the room.

Things to consider:
- At the moment there would be part time third person as well in the smallest room. If the person leaves the rent will go up.
- There is no living room at the moment, its occupied by third person.
