Das Haus ist über 120 Jahre alt und ein echtes Unikat.
Der Garten und die überdachte Lounge bieten viele verschiedene gemütliche Ecken welche zum verweilen und erholen einladen.
Der Garten ist neben unserem einzigartigen Haus das eigentliche Schmuckstück. Sommer wie Winter kann hier erlebt und genutzt werden.
Eines unsere 3 Schlafzimmer möchten wir gerne zur Untermiete für eher kürzere Aufenthalte, keine langfristige WG Situation, anbieten. Bad, Küche und Wc's nutzen wir gemeinsam.
Super gelegen im Mittelland und die Autobahn Auffahrt ist in 1,7 km. Entfernung. In Solothurn ist man in 12 min, in Bern, z.b. bei der Messe, in 23 min.
Es ist einfach super geeignet für Menschen, die sich eine Auszeit nehmen wollen, Monteure, Wochenend Aufenthalter, Messe Besucher und Aussteller, Menschen zum ankommen in der Schweiz oder beim Übergang von einer Wohnung zur anderen.
Wir, das sind Sandro 43, Schweizer und Daniela, 48, Deutsche.
Ein Hund kann mitgebracht werden, Katzen können leider nicht bei uns wohnen.
Das Zimmer kostet 45 CHF pro Tag.
550 CHF sind es inkl. Nebenkosten, WLan und Parkplatz bei normaler Nutzung und 1 Person/ Monat.
