I am offering my furnished apartment for a sublet of approximately 4 months. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Lausanne train station, this 55m² 2.5-room apartment is very practical, functional, and comfortable.
The apartment includes: A living room with balcony access and one bedroom. Kitchen: Fully equipped (oven, ceramic glass hob, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom: Equipped with a bathtub and a private washing machine (no shared laundry room).

Rental Conditions:
October 1, 2026, to January 29, 2027 (dates are somewhat flexible and open to discussion).

Rent: 1500 CHF / month (all utilities included, as well as internet and TV channels). The full 4 months of rent must be paid in advance.
Deposit: A security deposit is required.The apartment is non-smoking, and I am looking for a careful and trustworthy tenant.

Application File:
For security and insurance purposes, a complete application file is required. It must include:

A recent extract from the debt collection register (Extrait du registre des poursuites) - less than 3 months old.
Proof of valid personal liability (Assurance RC) and household insurance.
A copy of your ID, passport, or residence permit.
