Reprise de bail + chambre en colocation à Lausanne
Je vis actuellement en coloc avec deux autres personnes et je compte déménager idéalement dès le 1er septembre (ou au plus tard le 1er octobre).
Étant la personne sur le bail, je cherche quelqu'un qui serait prêt à le reprendre tout en gardant les deux personnes déjà présentes dans la coloc.
Le loyer total est 2495 CHF (charges comprises) et ayant une chambre beaucoup plus grande avec salle de bain et baignoire privative, la part du loyer à reprendre est plus élévée que les deux autres (1015 CHF / mois).
