Das Erd- und Untergeschoss wird von unserer fünfköpfigen Familie mit drei Schulkindern bewohnt. Kinderlachen und lebendiges Treiben im und ums Haus gehören bei uns zum Alltag und sollte von den zukünftigen Mietern geschätzt werden.

- Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Radiator
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Bodenheizung
- Gemütliche Stube mit gemauertem Holzofen dieser dient als Hauptheizung der Wohnung
- Zwei Schlafzimmer auf derselben Etage (neben der Stube, bzw. Küche)
- Drittes Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach, erreichbar über eine Treppe
Die drei Schlafzimmer sind ohne Radiator
Zur Mitbenützung
- Waschmaschine im Untergeschoss
- Abstellfläche im Untergeschoss wenn gewünscht
- Kleiner Gartensitzplatz bei Bedarf
Gut zu wissen
- Kein Parkplatz oder Garage vorhanden. Das Auto kann auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz im Dorf abgestellt werden.
- Haustiere nach Absprache
Der Mietpreis versteht sich inklusive Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser und Holz für den Holzofen.
