L'extérieur est un véritable atout : une immense pelouse commune aux deux immeubles, avec une place de jeux, une table et un grill à disposition. Un cadre parfait pour les familles et les journées ensoleillées. À proximité directe se trouvent la place de jeux du Château Mercier (Champêtro), et l'école de Muraz est à 7 minutes à pied.
