Je suis à la recherche dun ou dune colocataire pour lappartement où je vais emménager au 1er septembre.
Cest dans un grand 4.5 pièces dans le quartier du Guintzet, à Fribourg, pas loin de luniversité Miséricorde et de la gare.
Lappartement possède :
\- un balcon
\- un salon avec cheminée
\- une petite et deux grandes chambres
\- une grande cuisine avec beaucoup de rangements et un lave-vaisselle
\- une salle de bain
\- une place de parc
\- un garage
\- une cave
\- mais encore et surtout, un treeees grand jardin ombragé où il fait bon même en pleine canicule.
Tu aurais une des deux grandes chambres, au prix de 850.- par mois (négociable).
Mon but est de créer un espace où lon vit ensemble, pas simplement côte à côte, tout en gardant bien sûr son espace :)
