Die Wohnung verfügt über einen grossen Balkon und einen kleineren auf den man durch beispielsweise das Schlafzimmer kommt.
Dieses Gebäude besteht aus 2 Wohnungen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Grillplatz der von beiden genutzt werden darf.
Das Waschen könnt ihr untereinander ausmachen.
1 x im Monat wird abwechselnd von den zwei Mietern die Treppe/Waschküche gesaugt und nass gewischt.
Auf Anfrage schicke ich dir gerne ein Video der ganzen Wohnung inkl. Waschküche und Kellerabteil.
Ein Aussenparkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung kann für 50.- dazu gemietet werden.
Der Holztisch und die Bodenplatten auf dem Balkon können abgekauft werden.
