Es liegt ideal im Zentrum von Lausanne, mit einem Eingang zur Metro m2, 15 Meter vom Gebäude entfernt, und einem Eingang zur Riponne in der Rue Haldimand.
Die Wohngemeinschaft funktioniert wie folgt: Die Wohnung ist auf 3 Etagen verteilt, Sie haben die exklusive Nutzung der beiden oberen Etagen + Zugang zur gemeinsamen Küche. Ich bewohne die untere Etage.
Die Miete beträgt 2'000 CHF, inklusive Gemeinschaftskosten im Gebäude. Elektrizität, Internet und andere Kosten sind noch zu übernehmen.
Die Wohngemeinschaft findet mit einem 26-jährigen Mann statt, der Unternehmer ist und die ganze Woche in der Wohnung arbeitet. Er verreist oft am Wochenende und an verlängerten Wochenenden.
Die Wohngemeinschaft erfolgt unter Respektierung der privaten Räume und findet in einer guten Atmosphäre und mit guter Kommunikation statt.
Atypische Profile werden von der Verwaltung akzeptiert.
