[Tauschwohnung] 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in Baden tauschen
Ich würde gerne zurück in die Stadt Zürich ziehen und im Tausch meine Wohnung anbieten – vom Termin könnte ich relativ rasch, oder auch später.
Ich biete:
4-Zimmer Altbau (grosszügig, lichtdurchflutet), frisch renoviertes Badezimmer, grosse Küche (Viermieterin würde, nach Wunsch, den Gasskochherd mit Elektroherd auswechseln) sehr grosszügiges Estrich und Kellerabteil, gemeinsamer Garten, Steinplatz mit Feuerschale zum grillieren, höher gelegene Terasse mit Sonnensegel und Traubenranken – sowie gemeinsame, flexibel nutzbare Wäschküche und grosser Trocknungsraum.
Es ist ein 3-Parteien Haus ohne Lift. Alle Bewohner sind extrem sympathisch und easy und kommen aus sozialen und/oder künstlerischen Backgrounds und sind sehr hilfsbereit und Traum-Mieter.
Das Haus ist direkt gegenüber vom Trafo Kino und zu Fuss ist man in 5`am Bahnhof mit direkter 15`Verbindung zum HB Zürich.
Ausserdem ist der Wald sehr Nahe und in circa 10` ist man entweder an diversen Flussufern oder bei den 3 öffentlichen (24/7) gratis Thermalbecken, die direkt am Fluss liegen.
Ich suche:
Mindestens 2-Zimmer (utopischer Wunschtraum wären 4) in Zürich. Ich wäre auch ohne Balkon und Garten glücklich, aber würde liebend gerne ebenfalls wieder mein Atelier in die Wohnung integrieren können. Sie darf nicht eine temporäre Lösung sein und sollte maximal 1800.- und ein paar Zerquetschte kosten (präferiert natürlich günstiger…träumen kann man ja).
Ich bin offen für tolle Vorschläge und freue mich, von euch zu hören.
