Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchenutensilien werden bereitgestellt. Der Zugang zum Wohnraum erfolgt mit einem Badge oder über das Mobiltelefon.
Die individuell regelbare Bodenheizung ist im Winter in Betrieb, während ein System zur Kühlung des Bodens durch Free-Cooling im Sommer für angenehm kühle Temperaturen sorgt. Jedes Studio verfügt über ein unabhängiges Doppel-Luft-Zirkulationssystem.
Der monatliche Grundpreis für Nebenkosten ist umfassend und umfasst Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung, eine individuelle High-Speed-WLAN-Verbindung sowie einen TV-Abonnement.
Im Gebäude steht eine Wäscherei zur Verfügung.
Auf Anfrage können Stellplätze gemietet werden. Reinigungsservice auf Anfrage. Es sind auch einige 2-Zimmer-Apartments auf Anfrage verfügbar.
