Die meisten Studios verfügen über einen Balkon. Ein Keller und ein Briefkasten runden das Angebot ab.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchenutensilien werden gestellt. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft erfolgt per Badge oder per Handy.
Im Winter sorgt die individuell regulierbare Fussbodenheizung für Wärme, während im Sommer ein Free-Cooling-System für angenehme Temperaturen sorgt. Jedes Studio verfügt über ein eigenes, unabhängiges Doppelstrom-Belüftungssystem.
Die monatliche Nebenkostenpauschale ist umfassend: Sie beinhaltet Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung, eine individuelle Highspeed-WLAN-Verbindung sowie ein TV-Abonnement.
Eine Wäscherei ist im Gebäude vorhanden.
Parkplätze können auf Anfrage gemietet werden. Reinigungsservice auf Anfrage verfügbar. Einige 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnungen sind ebenfalls auf Anfrage verfügbar.
