Die Miete beträgt derzeit 2650.- (kalt), wird aber ab Oktober 2026 auf 2500.- (kalt) gesenkt.
Sie befindet sich direkt (<1 min) am Tramhaltestelle Schmiede Wiedikon (Tram 9 und 14) sowie direkt vor Migros(<1min), was den Alltag besonders praktisch macht. Es gibt auch einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Uetliberg. Die Katzen sind erlaubt.
Der Waschraum befindet sich eine Etage höher, aber nicht direkt über der Wohnung, ist fast immer frei und ohne fixen Plan. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut schallisoliert, sodass man die Nachbarn überhaupt nicht hört.
Momentan suche ich selbst nach eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Zürich mit max 2000 CHF Miete und mindestens 40 m².
